Front page

This is my finished Front page. I have changed many thing on this page.  The first thing I've changed is the picture. I changed this picture because the last picture didn't look good. The girl who I used wasn't smiling and this would make people not pick it up. It looked like she didn't like college so changed it. Another thing I've changed is having boxes down the side with writing in it. I've done this because it's clear and you can see the writing, therefore people can see whats in the magazine and hopefully thy would pick it up. I've put the writing color in yellow as this is a bright color and you can see this, it grabs people attention. I've changed the color of the masthead as it didn't stand out and this is important for your masthead to stand out as this is what people look for first. I really like this Front page due and hope that if it was out in a college that people would pick it up and read it. 

Content Page

This is my final piece for my contents Page. I have changed my contents page as I just put the stories in random order and didn't think about it. I've changed this and it looks much better. I also changed where my competition went. On Page 3 the contents would normal  go and I didn't think of this so therefore it need changed. Another thing i changed was the wording. The wording didn't grab peoples attention so I also changed it and now I think it grabs peoples attention more, therefore hopefully they would pick up this magazine and read it.  I like my contents page as it bright (blue) catches people's eye so therefore I think people will read it. I have Separated my information into boxes to make it easier to read. I have put the biggest story which is about the famous student on the middle pages as this is where most people see first. I have then put the worst stories at the front and back as people see these last. I put the rest off the pages I thought would been seen first and the most interesting stories closer to the middle page. My contents page is aimed at college students. The age range is for students over 16 who have left school.

This is my contents page, I think I have finished it but need to see what other people think. It's bright attracts people attention so therefore i think it works well. My audience is all  College students. The age range is for people over 16+.  In my contents page I have picked things to write about which I think people will be interested in.  I have put the masthead at a different red so people see this first before they look t the sub headings. I think is is important as people will know what the page is about before reading it.

I still need to finish this but all I need to do is change the photo as the girl isn't smiling and put more writing on it. I like this front cover page as it is bright so stands out. The "free" sign attracts people attention as it is in yellow which is a bright color and it is "free" so people will pick it up. The writing in the bottom corner i really like as it looks like a piece of writing which is someones work. The mast head it big bright and attracts people. Overall I think this contents page is good therefore I will be using it. My audience for my magazine is for students who are at college. Age ranging form 16+. 

Contents page changed

This is my contents page so far, I haven't finished it yet. I need to finish the writing. I like this page as I have broke it up in to sections so it is easier for people to read. Another reason why I like it is because the background is blue and this is a bright color and grabs peoples attention. I haven't put all the page numbers in order as if you see in a magazine which is already made they don't have the page number in order. This is so adverts can go in and you don't show the adverts on the contents page.

New front page

I changed my idea for my front page as I didn't like the other one as it was too plain. It need a background as this is what attracts peoples attention first. I think this one looks better as it has more color in it. I also changed what i wrote as the other one no one would want it as it doesn't attract your attention. This one tell you what can be won and attracts the reader more.  I am going to change this more to make it look better.
